I had an amazing experience at Floss & Gloss Kids Dentistry in Bellevue\! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly\. The office is spotless, modern, and designed to make kids feel comfortable and excited about their visit\. The entire team was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything, making the appointment completely stress\-free\. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide exceptional care\. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who is professional, compassionate, and great with children, I highly recommend Floss & Gloss\. Five stars all the way\!

I really appreciated how they treated us from the time we arrived till we left. They were very helpful explaining everything so my child was not anxious. A great team here.

We have been seeing Dr Jimmy for 7 years. We knew that the practice changed to floss and gloss but I was not aware Dr Jimmy was no longer there. What a difference. No one to greet us. We had to check in digitally. Dr jimmy was never ever late. Our appointment was 23 minutes late. Our appointment never was shorter than 35 - 40 minutes for a check up and cleaning- this one took 16 minutes! When my 16 year old son came out he said oh they said I had a lot of “starting cavities” that will get filled with better brushing. I asked if they taught him how to brush better ( we have never had one cavity before) and he said no they just said brush better. Dr Jimmy ALWAYS talked things through . Not only the visit- I had been HOUNDED to make an appointment- after THEY CANCELED my appointment I had made 6 months ago. They texted the appointment was canceled and then began a text initiative every other day from two different phone numbers asking me to make an appointment as my child was due. And then they repeated the exact same plethora of messages by email! All of it automated. Lastly, when we left the 16 minute visit I made a 6 mo follow up. BEFORE WE EVEN GOT HOME I got a text message asking

We had such a great experience with both of my children. Dr. Soekirman and her entire team are exceptional. They are kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Soekirman took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure all of our questions were answered. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my kids felt comfortable and had a positive experience. Highly recommend!
